Darren is the founder and director of Aero Safety, bringing decades of experience and a hands-on approach to helping clients navigate the world of aviation compliance. He works closely with clients to understand what they need and make sure they’re meeting the right requirements, while also overseeing the day-to-day running and direction of the business. Passionate about making compliance feel straightforward rather than complicated, Darren is at the heart of what Aero Safety is all about.
Maxine Morrey
Executive Assistant
Maxine is our all-rounder, helping keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. She works closely with our director helping to keep things organised, arranges travel, training, takes care of accounting and generally makes sure all the little things are taken care of. Organised, reliable and always happy to help, Maxine is an important part of keeping the day-to-day side of the business on track.
Harrison Underwood
Technical Consultant
Harrison looks after all things airworthiness, helping to make sure everything is safe, compliant and properly maintained. He keeps on top of the important details behind the scenes, making sure aircraft and their records meet all the necessary requirements. With a thorough eye for detail and a practical approach, Harrison helps keep everything running safely and smoothly.

Lottie looks after all things marketing, helping to bring the business to life and make sure we’re seen in all the right places. From managing our website and social media to creating content and spreading the word about what we do, she’s always working on new ways to connect with clients and grow the business. Creative, enthusiastic and always full of ideas, Lottie helps make sure our brand stays fresh, friendly and true to who we are.
